I wasn't going to listen to this, since I recently read Marcus Aurelius's book, but I I'm really glad I did. Im going to save it, and listen to it again , I liked it so much.
Aurelius' book is great, I recommend checking out Epictetus' discourses and Seneca's letters as well. Each of them has a slightly different take on the philosophy
