i visited the same shop .. no one care damn to even ask why we are there... no one assisted. bad experience.
i saw the full video..
1 mtb - control, 2 - Hybrid - comfort. 3 - third one for performance and speed.
How we compare the comfort and control.. if we feel control. we would be comfort right???
