im a big fan of Approach Velocity on ashe under the inspiration tree, since your autos and w slow you're pretty much always getting move speed towards them which helps a lot with kiting, could be a possible play instead of manaflow/celerity.
You pretty much should always play with approach velocity for Ashe. The 15% movement speed chasing on an immobile champion like Ashe is unbeatable. Especially in top lane
