Great review!! I’ve had this bag for 2 years it is definitely one of the best. Comfy to travel with. My only gripe is that the laptop compartment is not stand alone. Thanks for sharing.
great review. nice pack , has really well thought out storage/ organization pockets! 30 ltr is little too big FOR ME though for edc, but for some people may be perfect.
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! I can see how 30l might be big for edc for some, wound be cool if they come out with a similar bag in a slightly smaller size
It's suuuuuper grey man, I mean this in the best possible way but it looks like it could have been bought for £10 off a market stall unless you know what you're looking at.
Looking to upgrade my old 5.11 Triab 18 which is 980 cubic inches and one main compartment. I’m looking at this LV18 pack or Rush12. I’d be carrying a set of uniform to and from work, power bank and cables, small first kit and TQ and light but I’d like a little more room for when I want to pack a light jacket or sweatshirt.
id go with this for what you're describing, my rush 12 is my dive bag but it does feel cumbersome and holding a uniform might take up more space than you'd expect, i just ordered this one
Thank you for watching! That’s sad to hear the v1 is not available, but exciting there is an updated version, I’ll have to see if there is a review unit available to test and compare :)
Good review, I have in for a couple of years, and in my personal opinion is not my go-to backpack. There are a couple of things on this pack that bother me a lot. one thing is the balance when placing it on the floor is terrible. the fact that that lower area for supposedly strapping anything you want is not well thought through. normally you wouldn't strap anything, and it is kept empty. you would also have to have the pack full so it stays standing. Otherwise, it will be lying on the floor all the time. The pockets on the side, yes, can expand, but the bottom doesn't accompany the expansion ability; instead, they go like a wedge, impeding the bottle from reaching the bottom of the pocket. The interior is ok except that the CCW pocket puts some weight on the flap for the main pocket if you need to open it. Very uncomfortable to deal with it. I regret not returning this pack on time, and now it only makes space on my closet top shelf. My day to day backpack is the Maxpedition Entity 23L
Great review! Love that you post dimensions and offer up other options at the end. This one: close, but no cigar. I either like to go tactical or clean - like the CPL24 V2 - this one seems to fall somewhere in between. I’m an all or nothing girl. And it’s too long for my 17” torso. The idea that it goes out rather than down is a solution for me. Wasn’t fond of the clips in the middle of the outside of the bag. I thought it messed with the aesthetic. The bag looked great on you. I do wish manufacturers would get into the adjustable/load lifters game. There are so many smart industrial designers out there. I bet there’s a solution that won’t interfere with the design…interesting: my CPL24, filled to the brim, didn’t dig into my back at all. Less than, the bottom edge doesn’t like me. It digs into me. Their new 35L has such a sweet back panel.
Thank you for watching and great points! It’s an interesting aesthetic and although I liked it a lot I’m still a sucker for that evergoods look as well haha I am also a fan of the back panel of tbe CTB, can’t wait to see v3 of the cpl, hopefully it incorporates that and maybe even a water bottle pocket!
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! If it’s one of the thinner ones from the past couple of years i think it should work well. If it’s the newer version that has the ports and is a little thicker I think it could probably squeeze in but might be a bit of a tight fit in the sleeve
@@dannypacks You can also pair this bag with the LV6. It attaches at the bottom and there's a couple different ways you can attach it so then it turns into a 32 l bag that's modular. th-cam.com/video/dtfh-uZ1l1s/w-d-xo.html
Thank you for watching! For travel I think it would depend on your packing style, but I would say definitely a weekend (2-3 days) and maybe longer if you are a really minimal packer. This could work ok for hiking but it might feel a little heavy / bulky compared to other hiking packs
Thank you for watching! I would say it’s water resistant but not water proof so if it is heavier rain or a downpour water might start to bleed into the bag
Hey man, would you interested to have a logo redesign thats simpler and more memorable? Im a freelance logo designer based in Malaysia and I hope to design it for you! Let me know if you interested for more details!
Great review. I agree about how when packed out it does stick out like a turtle shell but gosh darn it is just so sleek and beautiful!
Thank you for watching and for the positive feedback! I agree about the look, wish it was a little slimmer but love it overall
Nitro is better
Excellent review, in depth, but super concise, didn't need to watch at higher speed.
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful!:)

Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience with the bag! That’s great to hear it’s worked out so well for you!:)
No you havnt!
Im contemplative this bag but concerned the ‘main compartment’ is too thin. As theyve kind of gone 2 main compartments. How you find it?
@@happyknife8785 honestly this bag has been the best bag I’ve used. The main compartment is not thin by any means. Plenty of space. I hope that helps.
Excellent review, I will now buy this backpack instead of the 5.11 Covrt 2.0
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful!:)
Excellent review. You missed the removable adjustable sternum straps. At least that is on version 2.0
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! Good call on the sternum strap!

Hi, great review. Is the color of this backpack Black or Iron Gray?
Thank you for watching! This is the black version
Great, thanks

I agree, really seems like nobody would look twice at the bag

This is not a slim pack keep i mind
I would go with 511 nitro pack fore sure best pack of current 511 line ups .
Thanks for the great review! Unfortunately the version 1 is out of stock :( Do you plan to make a review of the 2.0 one? :)
Thank you for watching! That’s sad to hear the v1 is not available, but exciting there is an updated version, I’ll have to see if there is a review unit available to test and compare :)

The MOLLE webbing is perfect to organize and keep your various drugs safe and quick access. I'm going to recommend this bag to all my dealers.
Joke attempt fail.

I just realised how large this backpack after I purchased it. Quite heavy as well.
Great review. Do you think this would carry a 16 inch MacBook Pro? It appears to be able to on the video but that can be deceiving.

you showed more then anyone else and didn see the secret pocket. im getting this to replace my original one.
Thank you for watching! Definitely an awesome bag!
Excellent review! Definitely prefer this one over their Covrt pack.
Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! This definitely continues to be an awesome all purpose bag!

How many days travel would you say you can get with this bag? And could it be used for hiking?

Is this waterproof? Because I've lots of guys put there electronics on these bags, just not sure if it would really hold up on heavy rains.
Thank you for watching! I would say it’s water resistant but not water proof so if it is heavier rain or a downpour water might start to bleed into the bag
The “adman” pouch is not so great imo. Good review
😎 It’s too big IMO for an EDC bag. EDC bags should be around 20L, no more, not much less.✌️
Thank you for watching! Although I’ve enjoyed this as a larger capacity edc I tend to agree and prefer my daily bags to be in the 22-25l range
Why to big as a daily
