CoARA Working Group Reforming Academic Career Assessment introduction @ webinar EUA March 4 2024

The Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment has recently launched a Working Group on Reforming Academic Career Assessment (ACA). As such, the webinar presented the Working Group and discussed its goals, objectives and ongoing activities. The event was scheduled for 4 March, 13.00-14.10 CET.
The Working Group aims to broaden the reflection on academic career assessment, taking into account the full range of work conducted by academics in research, teaching and learning, innovation, management/leadership and service to society.
The Working Group's current activities were presented, namely the ongoing efforts to map institutional and national initiatives dedicated to reforming academic career assessment. This info session will also included reflections from different organisations on their reform processes.
This session will provided an opportunity for participants to gain a deeper understanding of the CoARA Working Group ACA, actively engage in its activities, and exchange ideas on academic career assessment reforms in their own context.
Registrations are now open. Being a member of CoARA is not required to participate in this session. The session is free of charge and open to higher education institutions, research organisations, and all those interested in the topic. Participants can sign up until the start of the event.
