I don’t know the “real” way of making it but my way is combining about half a teaspoon of sugar with a splash of half and half and then frothing until the desired consistency.

You might be able to find the planner on their website, muji.com not sure if it will be the exact layout though. I got it at the physical store but sometimes they have different stock
