Welcome to this ASMR retro video game store roleplay! I’ve done whispered ASMR video game collections before but I wanted to do a roleplay. I love roleplays and so does everyone else it seems. Video games make for great ASMR. The discs, the sounds of the page turning, the controllers; all great stuff. I decided to do a roleplay here with PlayStation 2, Wii, and Xbox games. It’s hard to believe these things are retro now! I very much enjoyed making this video and I hope you enjoy it too!

Not a fragrance video but I wanted to ask. Do you have a video where you talk about Invictus by Paco Rabanne? I’m thinking about picking it up I sampled it in a shop but I’d like the opinion of an aficionado vs a salesman. Would love your input thanks 🙏

It probably is hidden in one of my cologne collection videos somewhere. Invictus comes in many forms, most of them I do not like. You’re sort of trained in this day to get Parfums and eau de Parfums if you can as they are supposed to be higher versions of the scent. However, modern colognes have basically changed their formula for all three versions, and added an “intense” version to boot, to sell more product. Meaning that they’re all distinctly different scent profiles.
Invictus edt, the original, is the only one that I like. It’s a sporty, bluesy, cologne. With its fruit and woodsy notes it’s very similar to a body wash. The only one I’d go with is the edt; not the greatest performer but I’m happy to have it in my collection all the same! A true throwback to great soapy 90’s fragrances (despite it being released in 2013).

@@QuietCavalierASMR Wow my friend this is incredible thank you so much for your input. Would you recommend picking up both the edp and the edt if I’m able just to compare. And if you had to recommend maybe a good place either retail or online to get both types of the fragrance?

@@sccrazybrick155 if you have an Ulta nearby, I know they have them there for sampling. I’m also pretty sure Belk has them too! I’d try to sample them before purchase. You could also go to a micro fragrance website and get them there. But it’s not too big of a risk in blind buying. It’s not too much of a controversial scent profile.

Have you heard of imaginary authors? Curious what you think of their fragrances

I have. They have some very interesting fragrances. Very niche. The problem with niche is that you run the risk of it being offensive to other people (as they contain notes they’re unfamiliar with) and you usually have to blind buy them since they’re not sold in stores.
The waffle cone one is unique enough. The other ones have very unique notes and you’ll never be wearing the same fragrance as anyone else.
I think one of the biggest problems with them is that they only give you 2 oz bottles and have doubled their price in the last year. So now, they have the same product, only now for over $100. It’s a tough blind buy for something that you can get designer fragrances for cheaper.
