Here the Turquand was third party appointed as liquidator. Hence it presumes that Turquand has knowledge that the company issues bonds to bank as per Resolution, but not Presumes indoor management of company, here Bank refuses to give money of bonds to liquidator i. e Turquand, because the company issues bond not as per Resolution and as third party Turquand appoints outsider thus Turquand get benefits of Doctrine of Indoor Management.
This was the case 👆
