Nice job. You definitely need a Milwaukee porta-band! A buddy of mine and I work together like you and Josh. That’s my favorite thing to do. He feeds me parts and I mostly just weld. I love that!

@@grimreaper6112 why do you say that? most of that $20k probably went towards steel. I just quoted similar stuff and even with tiny little landings on one stairway no landing on the other and only replacing treads on one of them the 3 stairways came out to like $8900. most of that is the price of steel. these guys are using channel that costs like $8.50 per foot and angle that costs $3.40 per foot. and that's just what we see on video. the material cost adds up real quick on bigger jobs like this one. I don't know what they're using for a walking surface but the material I would use costs $16.50 per square foot. They are in Florida though so they can use diamond plate outside. that may be cheaper.

    Interesting video young man.
I would have designed that to be bolted together, made it in my workshop and test built if before going to site for fitting rather than fully welded onsite. But that is because I am in the UK and do things differently to most people, LOL!
Really great to how folk build and weld structures. Top stuff young man!
