He’s the chosen one. so good he can build anything and still dominate
i think its because the enemy team dont have ap, you could see he build Jak'Sho when he meet Akali , heartsteel for Aatrox
before the rework, ksante's ult gave omnivamp over how much extrahealth u got. I can only asume if u get like 2 or 3 kills u would buy heartsteel first hand with the current patch now
