With this diet, its like i was born to slice, cut, eat & build muscle. Very heaVy Time consuming. Aise toh sir, baaki daily life important works me toh bohot severely compromised hogi. After waking i directly peel eat banana, cup of fresh milk tea and protein shake ( burp). This way im building noticeable amount within few months, but i guess thats because im making new gains again after a long lay off. Your diet will be extremely effective for afvanced levels.
