- Hey there guys, just wanted to make a quick and easy video showing how to fix the problem I have had myself and seen a lot of other people with about “The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox live.” Very simple fix, if this helped you fix the issue please let me know in the comments and like the video so other gamers can see👍🏼

@@whysttun rip haha this worked for me, wasn’t able to play for months before. You got Xbox live paid for right? Other ppl say to delete your profile and redownload, maybe try on someone else’s Xbox just sign in, also try multiple port selections not just 1

I’ve never seen anyone do this before. I just changed that setting and still nothing. I have game pass core but it’s still saying I have silver on 360 menu
So you changed the port selection to something else and it still doesn’t let you on Xbox live? As long as you truly have game pass it should work, maybe try deleting your profile and then redownloading it and trying to change again
@@SanDiegoBoxes yeah man I tried everything. I tried deleting and redownloading it. I even just upgraded to game pass ultimate. I cannot get my account to appear gold on the 360 dashboard
@@iGuardian92 Hmm well I had this issue too for months. The only thing that fixed it is what I described in the video. Maybe try getting on a dif profile, game pass trial is only 1$ for 14 days 🤷🏼 test it out
Same shit happened to me try buying it with a different credit card that solution worked out for me
