      Trump is guilty in not being compliant with a subpoena which he should be convicted for, but he was not guilty of the other "crimes" he was guilty morally of Jan 6, but he did nothing that was technically illegal. I think Biden pardoning his son is immoral and sets bad precedent. I wonder many people will try overturn thier tax and illegal gun possession based on this. All of DEI was about having equality of outcome, what is equal about this?

    Technically, Hunter could still come clean and rat out "The Big Guy" since the 5th Amendment is removed and he can't be charged again himself. If his sentence was only commuted, then he could plead the 5th in future cases.
