What's crazy is that handcannons are still incredibly overturned. They get a slight nerf and all the crucible players start whining. They whined about bows since they came out and they're all garbage. Hand cannons could still go for a slight range nerf, huge recoil nerf, and possibly handling. Right now they're just way too flexible for how little drawbacks there are. Its nuts
I have one from witch queen: small bore, ricochet, overflow, rampage/elemental capacitor with stability masterwork and adept range.
It was so good before the special ammo change. I hope they make it so you get the benefits from overflow if you gain special from all sources.

I'm happy it's meta again. Even when not meta I just love auto's when not using hc's. Use the Abyss auto rifle in PVE all the time.

I just got my first adept today how do I get the adept mods
Yo need to go flawless for certain adept perks like range. Others come from GM nightfalls. Adept big ones stability come from gms. I know I got range from flawless and I believe charge time comes from flawless too.

ima be honest it’s not possible to get a bad roll unless u get overflow the thing is onslaught and subsistence for pve or incandesnt sub would be wild
literally, i've gotten 3 so far and none have been bad at all
I've gotten 6 adept summoner so far and maybe 12 regular ones. I got the one you're talking about...smallbore/tactical mag/subsistence/onslaught or incandescent. My best roll so far is Zen Moment/Onslaught. The God Roll I want is Heal Clip/Onslaught which I haven't gotten yet.
Its crazy that summoner is brought back again but no signs of gnawing hunger, arguably one of the most historic auto rifles in the franchise after its reign of dominance a few years back. Kinda odd
I would love to see it come back, I used to use it all the time in PVE and I still have my old roll

Gotta say I’m not the best at crucible but I’m still decent and this meta I find is awful I went from being able to drop consistently 30-40 kill games to being around 20-25 because unless my aims perfect every fight I loose to every auto rifle
