Love the video. The mixing bowl memory is wonderful. Those kind of things just give me a warm feeling. Love having items from family to remember them. How exciting to have your mom move closer to you!!

Erin, you’re adorable. I love the longer videos. I appreciate you keeping things simple but so pretty. Your finishes are so refreshing. So many other finishes are over the top. They’re beautiful but I don’t have the room to store them. I’m so glad I found you.

I do the same, especially with bowls that just look like they have a story to tell! I can just feel generations of baking delicious holiday treats, and pancakes on Saturday mornings in summer. Your yellow farmhouse bowl would look lovely with little pillows of your Farm Fresh designs! All my bowls are in storage right now, but think I will use some for stitching when I unpack them! ☺

I appreciate that you chart with DMC. I have a large collection. I've had som of them for 20+ years. Keep the great patterns coming.

I loved your video. I happened to pull out your grandma’s pansy pattern to stitch right before watching your video. I love pansies and your design is spot on. Your story about how you said purple as a little girl reminded me that my daughter pronounced it the same way. I love your designs and the way you finish them. Don’t worry about when you post videos. I raised three kiddos close in age and your time is not your own. Do what is comfortable for you. And lastly, I hope your mom becomes a stitcher. How fun would that be.

Hi Erin, love your designs. You do a great job. It’s so nice that your mom is moving close to you. You are so lucky. It’s great that you use dmc floss and your finishes are lovely and so economical. I also like that your finishes are not large and you let the stitching shine. I agree about the dishes and bowls you see in thrift stores. I wonder what their background is. I have my moms primary colors Pyrex mixing bowls and I treasure them. Keep up the good work and take care.

This was great!!! Thank you so much for showing the comparison of finished sizes from your 32 ct and a 14 ct. My bad eyes keeps me at mostly a 14 ct stitcher. Loved all your finishing ideas and am persuaded to now add a few more items to my Must Stitch It list.

Nice video Erin! No need for apologies …. Life happens for all of us. I’m so glad your Mom is moving close to you. I had the same experience with my two girls when they were 1 and 2 1/2 … moved for husbands employment from upstate NY to South Carolina, away from all family and friends. It is now 30 yrs later. We landed in Pa and have been here for 26 yrs. It was not without trials but we did it together. Loving all your designs, the tier trays are my favorite. I laughed when you showed your mini hoops bc I did the same. I opened the Amazon package to find the teeny tiny 1 inch mini hoops. I will keep them, but I have since found the bigger mini hoops. They are so fun! You are doing great on your project bags!

Haha that’s great! Opening the Amazon package is always like ok what am I going to get. Too funny the same thing happened 😂

Loving your videos. I too started making my project bags and I just love it. Now I am finding myself making one for every pattern I buy……my friends are ready to do an intervention……I ordered the little hoops to make charms for my bags, great idea by the way!!!!!! I live in a very small town with my closest craft stores over an hour away. I do order online for most things and stock up when I finally make it to a larger city which is usually monthly. I shop In thrift stores as well only I gravitate towards handmade quilts. I have rescued some beautiful quilts and find it so sad that someone’s hard work ended up in a thrift shop and not a families heirloom. They now are enjoyed and loved in my home. I enjoy your designs very much and love watching your Flosstubes. Great job!!!!!!!!

Aww thank you so much! Yes save the quilts too! It’s so sad when handmade goods end up there and you can see the love that built it❤

It seems like everyone is showing Erin Elizabeth designs on their flosstubes! I am Canadian also and I love your designs. You are doing a wonderful job on your videos and I enjoy stitching while your soft, melodic voice speaks. I wish your designs showed Canadian dollars on your website.

Thanks so much! I hear you about the Canadian dollar, unfortunately it gets confusing and hard for my wholesale as its mostly US buyers. Thank you for the feedback, I do appreciate it❤

I was looking for the mini wood embroidery hoops on Amazon too. I almost ordered the 1” ones until I saw that other sizes were available. I love your little strawberry! I get my mat board from Amazon too; I find it easier to use than sticky board. Your finishes are so cute! Farm Fresh Strawberries and Berry Sweet are my next projects. I’m so happy that your mother is moving closer to you. My daughter had our first granddaughter last November and I am so happy that they live just 3 miles away.

Thank you for the pansy chart, I've printed it but haven't stitched it yet. Your finish is beautiful. Love the new charts and your finishes!! The bees are my favorites. I stitched the Bee Tiered Tray for my daughter, she loves it! Love the project bags, great job!! I appreciate that you use DMC, it's only what I have access to as well. Oh a tropical tiered tray???? I love the bowl too, great idea to put cross stitch pillows in it! Your floss drops are cute, I just can't get used to using them.

You can put needle minders or pieces with magnets on the white enamel piece. Makes it a little cheaper because you one need one magnet on the piece Lovely stitching!

Your story about the mixing bowl struck a cord with me. Please don’t worry about people thinking your are crazy. You do what brings you joy! Clearly that mixing bowl brings you joy! Your husband sounds very supportive. You are very blessed. Keep doing what you are doing. You are very talented!

Thank you for sharing your talents with us. I love your color pallet. Congratulations on your mother's move. Hoping her adjustment goes well. Where did you find the seed packet fabric for your project bag? I love it! Do you have a link for the little 'hoop' you made your strawberry with? Thanks

I just watched your floss tube. I am so far behind. I love your designs so much! I am an artist myself so I know how much work it takes for designers to create these designs. I am a Canadian American. I have lived in South Texas for 25 years. All my family is in Canada. My husband & I are here for the warm weather. I agree with you about the cross stitch community. They are great. I wish I had the energy to stitch all I want to. Just keep designing. We’ll be there to buy them.

Just a comment about your printed designs. I love your designs. But the printed charts are disappointing. Would you consider printing future charts in color on heavier paper? Reference Satsuma Designs.

I love how you show us how to use Dollar Tree pieces for finishing and save money! Being on a budget it’s hard to do something’s without breaking the bank ! I loved you Thrift store finds. If only we had some here ! Love that bowl too, I have my grandmothers bowls that I remember using when we made cookies as a kid ! Thank you for your inspiration I enjoy your videos ! I love your color charts 🌈

Im teasing you ( since we're family now 😉) as you didnt say how your hubby feels about the mil moving closer 😂 . I like your Pyrex bowl. My mom had the turquoise set of bowls . I think the colour came off more when people started putting them in the dishwasher. Im waving 👋 from smokey Ontario 😶‍🌫️💞

I just love your designs and creative finishes!! You are very talented! I love all your dollar store finds!! I went to my local dollar store yesterday, clearly yours is much better stocked as I didn't find much. I especially love your bee finishes!! I'm sure you will love having your Mom close by!! I lost my Dad last summer and the few things I have of his and his mother's are wonderful treasures! I would hate to think of any of my parent's treasured things ending up in a thrift store. Sadly it happens all the time. It's great when they are given new life!!
