I like the fact that Trump agreed to meet with these two. As a nation, we cannot continue to have divisive discourse as the standard. I appreciate Trump took the high road but also let it be known there was a limit to his graciousness.

I never thought I’d see this day, but I commend Joe and Mika for this position. Whatever their motivation, it is always a good thing when people can sit down together and dialogue. I was once very involved in politics locally and Statewide. I had great relationships with members of both parties and always strived to bring people together to work for consensus and co-operation. The greatest cure for misunderstanding is understanding.

I think what Trump did was very smart. He is correct, he is president for all people, and he should be available to a free and fair press. And I believe too that other MSM medias have to do the same. So, I like the apparent intentions with this from both sides, I hope it continues, and I also hope that these intentions are honest, because that will be key to peace, not just with the medias, but with the extreme left. I will not watch MSNBC either, but I do recognize that some still will.
