i don't think it can accommodate 3 people. No way. it can only accommodate 2 people and that too with not great comfort.
It can definitely accommodate 3 people with Backpacks in porch area.

The porch area ground sheet and side window sheet does not seems to be fit well. Small breeze is swaying these corners. I’m not sure water will ingress in the ground sheet. Coleman should work to improve this section of design.

Absolutely fell in love with this tent although mine is called the Coleman Kobuk Valley but it’s pretty much the same. Says it can fit 3 people but really, unless you fancy a cramped cuddle party, 2 people is the max. It fits me and my two medium sized dogs perfectly. No condensation, completely waterproof, decent airflow and quite comfy. I love the two doors as it prevents water getting in the sleeping area when entering/leaving while it’s raining. My only complaints is that I wish the bedroom was a few inches longer as I’m 5”8 and only just manage to fully stretch out and also it’s rather awkward to put up on your own although that might just be me as I’m not very experienced when it comes to camping.

How is it really in very heavy rain? The porch area seems exposed to horizontal rain. I guess a tarp over the top of the whole tent will definitely guarantee a dry night's sleep.
Hi Dear, The Bedroom Area can withstand heavy rains and the porch area is good for moderate rains. Adding tarp will surely provide additional advantage 🌹

Hi, in the extended porch area of the Coleman Darwin 3+ tent, is this area also covered with the rain-cover? Or it gets wet in rain? Also, are the corners of the ground-sheet of the extended porch area attachable with the pole-ends? Coz, if not, the sheet will eventually roll-in during getting in & out of the tent..
Guide yourself with this video, there they show the darwin 2 plus, however, it shows the front part and there is to hold and raise the front a little so that it does not get wet, although if there are somewhat open slots, it does not close completely as in the interior . th-cam.com/video/PR0Rkps5G0Q/w-d-xo.html

Yes, I changed my tyres and wheel rums on the first day of my bike purchase. And I carry a tubeless tyre puncture kit.

I'm pretty sure its 3000mm , I also have this tent. The Coleman kobuk valley is 4500mm , it looks similar.
