Upheavel, Cold Infusion, Martial Tempo, Glaciation. Martial Tempo is not really needed, you can try Ambush for Critical Strikes on full hp monsters so the Ice Ring can shatter even easier. 2450 "base" ES in t15+ as CI should be shamed tbh haha. I didn't really put much thought into the gems and can 100% be improved just like the tree. Try looking at similar builds by @Travic he does similar builds and I took inspiration. My things should not be copied.
