Hi .. for version 19.2.2 or above .. you need the smart account. To create the smart account you can watch this part - th-cam.com/video/hHZQCzIRDxo/w-d-xo.html you dont need a company account or Cisco contract associated with account to download the serial list for the lab devices.
@@1toptracks I am able to download the CSR1K Provinsioning file only and for Vedge my account is restricted for export. Coud you please advise me to how to resolve this issue. and I am getting error while generatiing CSR for Vbond and V smart devices.
hi may I know what is the image used for the routers and switches as well as the linux machine you are running. It gonna help with my school project many thanks!!
not sure .. not tested any other version. 16.2.11 is a little old now .. I would suggest looking at 19.2.2 or onwards. th-cam.com/video/ENMsFKjt9AA/w-d-xo.html
Hi... i set up the vpn 512 and vpn 0 on vmanage but the vmanage dashbord didn't show up and it shows me this message "172.27.1.4 took too long to respond". do you please have any solution to this problem?
Hi .. looks like you are using different IP addressing. Can you ping 172.27.1.4 for the host you are trying to access the vmanage dashboard? If you can ping .. sometimes it can take few minutes for the vmanage dashboard to load. If you can't ping then have a look at the reachability. How are you accessing the dashboard? Host inside eve-ng lab for external host using cloud connection? You can also have a look at the new video I posted on using the Shell script for setup. Or get get the Eve-NG lab file from the Github link and import the lab in Eve-NG. The link also have basic CLI config for underlay. github.com/netengpy/publicrepo/tree/master/SDWAN/v19-2-2 Hope this helps
Its 16.2.11.qcow2. This not available on Cisco website anymore. You will have to Google for it. Or you can try 19.2.2 with provisioning file from Cisco.
Your video is great. I setup almost but stuck on vedge installation at step 5. certificate creation on vmanage. When i run openssl command on vmanage vshell to generate vedge cert file it shows error. :error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line:pem_lib.c:697:Expecting: CERTIFICATE REQUEST.................any help ?
Hi Im sorry I couldnt respond in time to help with the issue. Glad its resolved. Can you please share the fix to help if someone else face the same issue? I have recorded a new video for newer version 19.2.2 please check that out - th-cam.com/video/hHZQCzIRDxo/w-d-xo.html
@@1toptracks I found that CSR content are not able to paste properly.Every time some characters of 1st line are missing. Like this Copied CSR from vedge > -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- Pasted CSR on vmanage > IN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- So "-----BEG" charecters are missing Finally I edited CSR on notepad -----BEGI-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- Copied and pasted on vmanage and it worked.

Hi, I'm having error message while adding the vBond controller from the browser, as "failed to add device /failed to get SSH session"
Your machine specs for this to run sir?
could you please tell what configuration of laptop will be required to do all labs in eve-ng
Hi.. for older versions like 16.x 8GB of RAM should work but 16GB ideally. For version 19.x or 20.x you need 32GB of RAM
The big question is how to get the image of devices
Hello ,first thank you very much. which version you used for (vsmart,vBond and vEdge) on this lab.
Hi, thanks for watching .. I used 16.2.11 for vManage, vSmart and vBond. 18.4.4 for vEdge in this lab.
@@1toptracks Thank you very much
what images did you use for this tut?
version 16.2.11
is 18.4.4 the only version of vEdge that will work with the 16.2.11 image for the controllers?

for vi editor you need to press 'i' on keyboard before you paste.
you will see text before 'i' in paste is missing.
Will it run on 16gb ram?
yes version 16.x can run on 16gb but need 32gb for version 19 or 20
Great content! Will you make a part 2?
Yes I will .. working on Service VPN and Templates part
