- In this video we did some crabbing in Tomales Bay, California with crab traps and hoop nets. I put a GoPro in a crab trap and filmed some sick footage!

Thanks my dude! Let’s plan a camping trip out there soon!
Love the underwater content.
So cool 😎
Glad I came across your channel.
Thanks! I’ll check out your channel too just subbed!
In any kind of wind or current just the drag on the line and buoy will upend an unweighted pot. Best to put in a couple of eight pound weights on opposite sides of the bottom of the pot. Make sure they don't interfere with the action of the doors. Secure them to the bottom so they can't slide around. Then on your bridle (you are using a bridle--four point ones are the best to keep the pot upright) right where the legs come together attach a very small float like half a cork securely. Now the pot will settle right side up if you keep the boat still while letting it down. Also when pulling in the line use a small tub for dropping the line into as you heave. It doesn't have to be coiled as it will lead out fairly as long as the tub is not disturbed. You really don't want a coil to wrap around a foot as you are letting it out plus it just keeps it from getting tangled up in all the boat gear as you are walking on it.
I’m not a fan of the taste of rock crab but them dungies 😋
Nice video! Where did you launch your boat at?
Thanks man I was at Miller launch ramp
One suggestion if I may, watch "Die Hard Fishing" on youtube, he makes great content and you will learn somethings from him about filming. I enjoyed your video just the same, keep it going!!!!
