6:06 when the throw was off, the umpire thought the catcher caught it and the batter showed the ball was thrown away then the ump called him safe so 2 runs scored on that play. So the umpire called him out at first but then called him safe because the ball was thrown away.
So basically, If a pitcher makes any sort of motion that mimics his or her normal delivery, and then stops before firing the pitch, that's a balk. A pitcher also can't throw a pitch right after getting the ball back from the catcher, nor can he or she throw one while at least one of the catcher's feet is out of the box.
At 6:06 why did he get so mad when the ump made the slightest mistake and 2 seconds after the call he noticed what had happened and THEN he called it safe, and he still said all of that..
