Momofuku is a famous restaruant that is the sauce they use. They do a lot of Ramen based stuff. My old stomping grounds was from Philly/NJ/NYC. I was born and raised in New Jersey.

Nice! There was also a restaurant behind the storefront ...the Crimson Pearl? Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to eat there.
