Was able to get this working in large part to this video. What worked for me on 02/2020 was installing the oldest firmware of 2016 with Odin to get around the request declined for security reasons. I didn't have the option to open the privacy policy in samsung internet so I used chrome to download the FRP Bypass apk but couldn't open it. I plugged the tablet into my PC and opened SideSync, which prompted Galaxy apps. I logged in with my samsung account and downloaded a file explorer, and was able to open the *apk. Everything else worked just as in your video, Thanks a bunch and good luck to anyone else dealing with this.

I got the same issue, just go to sammobile.com and download a lower version firmware for your device, preferrably the 2017 firmware and flash it via odin, the lower versions are not yet patched and hence they can access the browser, Hope that helps

you can downgrade your firmware to an earlier version, but even then this video still probably wont work. Spyke Zone has a bunch of working unlocking videos. but you often need to figure out which firmware to put on your tablet first.
