@@imqsqs yeah,I've seen that too. Both high carb and keto have shorter lifespan compared to moderate carb intake group.
Yes! I've done the diet as well and I actually lost a lot of weight (yay!). But speaking to a doctor he told me that the risks of a high protein diet is that it puts a lot of stress on your kidneys. He said that it's very common to see young men (who eat way too much protein to gain more muscle) getting kidney failure nowadays. So probably it's just best to stick to a healthy medium and just stay away from processed carbs.
