I rewatched it again and it slaps. It's the anime that gets me in a good mood. I even ended up reading it but the author has been slow with releasing the mangas source material for the anime. The two ops are from hello sleepwalkers (op1) the oral cigarettes(op2)
Noragami's premise goes like this: In japan, you offer 5 cents whenever you pray to a god. Unfortunately, this god is kind of an unknown god so no one prays to him, and he was so poor. He'd mop the floor with his tongue for that single 5 cent coin if you ask him to. Lol. (That was hyperbole but what I mean is he was a desperate homeless god who became a slave for money) You will love these characters. Full of action and laughter with serious scenes here and there. It is worth the watch.
Noragami is SOO great! Favorite openings, favorite manga, comfort anime, it's got it all. it seriously SERIOUSLY needs another season it only gets better and better

Noragami is an action-comedy series. There are 2 sides to understand the story without spoilers. 1st Noragami means Stray God. The anime deals with mythological gods of china/japan/shinto their roles example exterminating evil spirits and relationships like greek gods the animation. Stray God well like a stray dog. but it can also mean a fake god. 2nd A Girl getting caught up between the real world and the spirit world of the Gods. Like a person having a strong spiritual power. like esper and mediums can see gods and spirits.
Honestly, noragami is so damn good and underrated!! And it has the best soundtracks in the episodes as well - such a piece of art and don't even get me started on the manga 😭

Without saying much about the show, it's the perfect mix (in my opinion) of action, emotion and humor. The studio that animated Noragami is Studio Bones - the same people who did One Punch Man, My Hero Academia and Bungo Stray Dogs! c:

The show is pretty good for the standards of shonen anime. The manga is monthly and it looks to me like it's now on the final arc so I think it's worth reading. Beware, however, that the animation studio gave it an original ending to S2 if you wanna pick up the story where the anime left off

At least until a little after the Yomi/Underworld arc! (Also recommend watching it in Japanese. Hiroshi Kamiya SELLS Yato, and Yuki Kaji is the BEST at screaming so like. Yeah.)

It's so sad, he has no popularity :( The Gods existing only for the people, if they forget about them, they die. He meets Hiyori, and his regalia Yukine and become friends. The relationship between they, are beautiful and right now in the manga: so sad. Watch noragamii all of you. Comedy is so beautiful, the mistery, battles and dramas too. I enjoy it so much. I watch the series 6 times aproximately. They have interestings powers. Not forget the 4 OVAs it have. Both. Did you watch it?

noragami is so underrated, i love it! unique with a lot mythology, relatable, great voice acting and humor, while also dealing with some heavy topics.
