Whats funny is the cloud 2s still win lol. I have to have the 3s Turned up to 100% and even then i run my cloud 2s at 65% and they beat the 3s.. Just how it is when they come out with an amazing product . hard to beat the cloud 2s
You say there could be something more; what other headsets are there that is about this price with better quality? I am actually curious because I am considering on buying a new headset for around this price range; nothing above $170.
How would the wireless be for compared to my wired cloud 2? I like the audio though before having this I was spoiled with a wireless headset. Is the sound around the same? I really just need them for headphones around my small apartment and stuff.
Hi,does the cloud 3 wireless have a white noise/hissing sound? Because I bought the cloud 2 wireless and had to return it because it had a hissing sound no matter if music is playing/dongle is in the usb port,it just needed to be on for it to appear . And a lot of people had this issue ,probably because of the radio receiver/dongle they use
Does the DTS X actually work on these though? My current cloud Alpha's have an awful popping using DTS x that Hyperx themselves have said they arent going to try and fix anymore.
for me the only thing really annoying (mine didn't arrived yet) is that it doesn't have bluetooth. Its really good for traveling and just using it on your phone or your notebook. At least the dongle is usb C.
I had a hyperx flight wireless, so I decided to do an upgrade I got a hyperx cloud 3 wireless for $135 here in Brazil. It arrived today and putting it back into the box and sending to RMA. REALLY DOESN'T WORTH, the sound is bad, seems that you're inside a box, not a crispy sound, bass is missing a lot. I'll spend a bit more money to go for a steelseries artics nova pro wireless.
Hope all companies will put usb c to their new and the refreshed products. My mouse and headset were both over 120 euros and still used micro usb 4 years and 2 years in the case of the mouse.

I just ordered it for $72 today on Amazon. I'm sure at 72 it's worth it. I've been using the hyper 2 wired for a few years now, still works good but the earmuffs are flaking and I just got tired of running the wires over with my chair or getting it tangled around my hand or behind the mouse. Saw these on sale for 72 and pulled the trigger. Thanks for the review.
swivels brake that Y kingston dont bother with it. I would like them to make the drivers 55mm instead of 53. but I think thats how they got the sound to work so dam good. they are the only ones in between. every one else uses 50s or 60s
without a mixer they are way to quiet compared to any other hyperx headset i have used or owned... ITs pretty shit to ask about it and be told by them to get a splitter from them and itll help bc its plugged into the mb rather then USB.. If i did that shit wouldn't that defeat the purpose of them being wireless and the price.. If thats the case I should just go back to a $60 core for crying out loud.. everything about this headset is GREAT other then the volume lvl.. no matter what I do i can not get it to where I can hear correctly or how I want to compared to the last set that I only got rid of after 4 years ish because the cheap plastic buckle broke.. Does anyone have the same issue or any solutions? I also read they did it bc the headset is shipped all over the world n the standards for hearing etc idk. thanks..

I ordered this one instead now and hope it wont dissapoint or is atleast an upgrade to my old 3-4year 80$ headset . I just want clear good gamesound with clear footsteps and immersive 3d surround sound. Im sad i cant experience the good mic of the razer but i really dont wanna deal with the beep again. Cool vid
They use custom equalizers which make all your audio go trough a filter.
i have been using cloud 2s since 2018 .. bought both wired/wireless cloud 3s.. honestly what you're saying is right the wireless has more punch out the box . Whats funny is the cloud 2s still win lol. I have to have the 3s Turned up to 100% and even then i run my cloud 2s at 65% and they beat the 3s.. Just how it is when they come out with an amazing product . hard to beat the cloud 2s
Can you pause/play videos on the headset directly?
You say there could be something more; what other headsets are there that is about this price with better quality? I am actually curious because I am considering on buying a new headset for around this price range; nothing above $170.
So would you prefer the wired version or the wireless if you take the price into consideration?
i need a answer to this!! :O
Are the 53mm drivers better than 50mm drivers, does having them make them special in any way?
Hyperx cloud 3 wireless OR steelseries nova 7P? For Ps5
Should I get this or go for the arctis 7+ ?
Hello. I want to ask you about the method of charging the speaker. Should I charge it through the PS5 or charge it through the Apple charging head?
Hello, in the end, how did you do it?
How would the wireless be for compared to my wired cloud 2? I like the audio though before having this I was spoiled with a wireless headset. Is the sound around the same? I really just need them for headphones around my small apartment and stuff.
I'm torn between the Hyperx Cloud 3 Wireless or the Steelseries Arctis 7 Wireless.
Help!
SAME
Which did you end up going with?
@@samuelm5140 Hyper X Alpha wireless.
I just got a pair and mine sound and work beautifully
for me the only thing really annoying (mine didn't arrived yet) is that it doesn't have bluetooth.
How does the sound of this conpare to the turtle beach stealth pro? Ofcourse its lacking many functions, but what about just the sound?
Could you please tell me wich one of the following headsets is the best
Hyperx cloud alpha wireless
Hyperx cloud III wireless
Razer barracuda x(2022) wireless and bluetooth
Logitech g pro x
Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your content
Does the DTS spatial audio work on PS5 or only PC. It's unclear on their website, and if it doesn't, then I wouldn't consider these for Playstation
How do these compare to the alpha wireless? Im stuck between the two.
I hear cloud 3 has a better sound quality compared to the alpha
@88rndz50 i ended up getting the alphas for the battery life and i caught a really good deal on them. Sound quality is still great 👍
Hey Techne can you raise the volume of sidetone within the app?
I don't know why, I just like them more than any other headset even though they are not the best.
They are some of the best for what they're trying to do - being a no fuss, no nonsense premium sounding and feeling headset at a reasonable cost.
I got astros A50 and was disappointed so i traded them for this and I absolutely love them straight out the box
I am waiting for the HyperX Cloud Alpha V2. I hope they make a newer version of it.
How about Alpha S? Isn't that basically V2. It's wired, though.
It is kinda say that they still havent included bluetooth as separate connection option.
bluetooth has delay
@@flowsy5294 yeah but you could still use it with phone or tv as alternative
Isn’t this headset pretty flat as far as gaming headsets go? Aka you get the whole frequency like the maxwell.
Currently $120 on Amazon. Is it worth it for that? I feel like it might be the best Wireless headset in this price range now....
good headset but mine out of the box has volume control issues and distorted noises randomly
Are they worth 110$? cause i have a possibility to buy them for that price but im also considering baseus aequr gh02 and logitech g733 lightspeed and i cant really decide
I love these
i just bought mine and it sounds so low even everything is on 100% and i cant hear footsteps in fps games if you have any recommendation how to fix it or what other headphones do you recommend, thanks in advanced
Having the same issue...how did you fix it?
I really appreciate you expressing your actual opinion at the end. You're a trustworthy guy in my book.
Yes, very rare are trustworthy youtubers now.
Since you do not recommend this for the price, what are the superior options for 170$?
They are on sale for 129 rn steal at that price IMO. This headset is prob the most comfortable headset I’ve ever owned. Pillowy clouds all around. I don’t get where Techne is saying they aren’t that cozy that’s just wild to me like how are they not?
What’s a better option at bc $170 then?
Is it possible to use it wired? Instead of the wireless way?
I just wanna ask which headset u recommend for me in price range 120$ for ps5?
I have the cloud 2 wireless, let’s see what the talk on the 3s are?
Thanks, I was thinking the same when I saw this, same product for more money, what's there for this?
what do you recommend this or the epos h6pro closed back ? i mainly play cs2
I am looking for a new headset /headphones i dont want no bs with amps and dacs so i was thinking about the senheiser hd560s but idk if it needs a amp and i can get the cloud 3 wireless for 99 euro instead of 180 but i use glasses so idk what to do and i play competetive games so i dont want delay and i want okay to good sound what do you suggest?
Is it STINKY COZY tho?!?
He said he can’t give them the stinky cozy badge if you haven’t watched it
@@necondaa I know. I watched it. I was just kidding. I just enjoy the phrase
does 7.1 work with elgato wave 3 mic ? 🧐
Is the sound quality and upgrade from the Cloud 2 wireless?
Yes it is
I just tried this today and the lack of swivel is a deal breaker as it pits too much uneven pressure to the front of my ears.
can't you use this ones with and USB A to USB c adapter in your phone ?
Hello! With the type c adapter can I use them wireless on my phone too?
I have the same question. Can anyone confirm?
I have turtle beach 600 gen 2 max was wondering what headset is better then that please let me know
How does this compare to the Cloud Flight S
Cloud II core, would it be better for FPS?
Hello from India, can the Microphone port work as AUX port as well?
I just ordered it for $72 today on Amazon. I'm sure at 72 it's worth it. I've been using the hyper 2 wired for a few years now, still works good but the earmuffs are flaking and I just got tired of running the wires over with my chair or getting it tangled around my hand or behind the mouse. Saw these on sale for 72 and pulled the trigger. Thanks for the review.
I’m about to order them right now for my ps5. I have audeze Maxwell for pc
@@ju4n831how are you finding the Maxwell’s. Them being infamous for QC issues has scared me off them
How is the latency on these? (with and without EQ adjustments). I can't handle lag at all
I can personally hardly notice it only when i really focuse on it
I always admire ur honesty
The mic connection thing fell off and now i can only hear but cant talk, idk how to fix this please help
Has the software improved or is it as lousy as it used to be?
the software is trash still
I’m guessing if you want to use it with a phone you will have to go wired?
Just bought one for 57.49$ with the HP cyber Monday sale, hypedddd!!!!
how are they so far? Im planning to buy them soon.
@@xdeeeee1 i like them a lot so far, look up the best settings for the headset and update it as well it improves the sound quality to its best!
@@MASTERCHIEF-dx8kb thanks boss will be buying these
I got mine for sale for 65$ a big difference when playing siege the lag is basically non existent for the 2.4ghz
swivels brake that Y kingston dont bother with it. I would like them to make the drivers 55mm instead of 53. but I think thats how they got the sound to work so dam good. they are the only ones in between. every one else uses 50s or 60s
In my country i can get this prodouct for only 92$ so would that be worth it?
without a mixer they are way to quiet compared to any other hyperx headset i have used or owned... I also read they did it bc the headset is shipped all over the world n the standards for hearing etc idk. thanks..
I’m going to buy one in the morning but I got an Xbox one does it work with it
Honestly if i didnt have the Cloud 2 wireless wich i love and find perfect for me i would buy them
I work as an Engineer at HP, and I didn't know that we own Hyper X product, lol
What sounds better steelseries arctis 9x or steelseries arctis nova 7x
is the new razer headset better? the razer blackshark v2 2023
Yes much
Helppppp I need help what do I Choose between cloud iii wireless barracuda x and the nova 5 I have a pc and ps5 I I prioritize audio quality btw
