How cool would it have been to be in that audience? B B King playing for the intro, the outro, during every commercial break, and his feature song "Back in LA." Awesome!
The nine-year-old driver is so cute. He got to school, saw a teacher, and immediately sped away. That seems like such a funny situation for the teacher.
I'm 21 and i had no idea that gas pump attendents were around in 91 and pre paying for fuel wasn't normal based on the way david talks about this. I feel like an alien studying humans
rip zschim, and the richard simmons compilations, dave's self-image as a saintly liberal is too fragile to have the unedited record of his past out there

Yes! Real B.B. King fans know his riff on “Charts & Graphs” 😅
I got to see B.B. King and Jeff Beck play together in concert. God blessed those two gentlemen!
Love it when new LNs are posted. Thanks!
Life's so wonderful ☺️...1987.

a great show Dave
The last thing I saw Michael McKeen in was the t.v. series, "Better Call Saul." Such amazing acting!
Used to see BB King perform at the Shaboo Inn, Willimantic CT back in the 70's....
the greatest show ever!

Dave had a Norville crush
Six inch Subway subs advertised at $1.69...Sigh.
Of of course, it makes sense to take somebody as beautiful as Deborah Norville, and stick her on the RADIO?!?!?!!
She had just had a kid. It was probably a relief for her to get a job in media where she could be at home with the baby.
David letterman sounds like my neighbor penny stine
victim of letterman channel... nice try... grabbed it myself
