He was featured regularly on the highest budgeted and most professionally run wrestling TV shows on the planet for years. Still can't time a match to save his life. This is not the first time "Dynamite" has had timing problems because of him, it has happened multiple times. When you still can't get one of the most basic parts of your job right after eleven years, what does that say about you?

I recently watch an old episode of WCW Monday Nitro from 1997 and they had some show or movie (it was Robin Hood related) coming on and there was a world title match I believe between Hulk Hogan and The Giant and they went off the air in the middle of the match and but ended up finishing the match during a commercial break in Robin Hood. Those were fun and wild times and honestly, if TNT's intention was to try to get more eyes on a new tv show, what better way than to try to expose your show to the few million wrestling fans that are tuning in every week. Plus I liked that it gave pro wrestling the "anything can happen!" feel to it

I think one of the segments before the match went long, they started talking about the time extention during the mostly chicks tag-match. I think Tony had a mini-melt down during one of the promo segments (probably the dark order thing) and wanted to make sure he could have that anticlimactic after match angle on.
Hopefully MJF returns to screw Wardlow! Instead of Danhausen cursing Wardlow and getting beat up, which is more likely. Very interesting to learn about how going overtime was dealt with, those tidbits are something only Corny delivers!

At that time, Lesnar’s matches were pretty phoned-in and wash, rinse, repeat, with the only exceptions being Royal Rumble 2015 and Summerslam 2015.
I have noticed that, for whatever reason, AEW shows are always messed up when I DVR them and either cut off or do not record correctly. I wonder if it is because they mess up with the overruns and commercial breaks.
Jim just doesn't like Moxley's wrestling style because it's not traditional. If you like his style, he can be really good depending on who he's wrestling. The whole timing issue here just shows that he's not perfect. Who is? It's a live show. These people aren't robots, and even the legends who's been wrestling for 20+ years make the occasional mistake. I don't think this was a big deal at all as long as they learn from it and don't make the same mistake again.

Moxley the "interim" champion, has a sloppy match that moves in slow motion, the only thing this match was missing was the usual blood and thumbtacks. Of course, once again Tiny Khanman hyped up an Overrun for the show that barely goes 2 mins past 10pm. The funny thing is they needed that Overrun, because without it Dynamites ratings would have been worse, as more people tuned into the Overrun, to watch what was coming on after AEW, than the actual main event or show itself. Now we get to be "excited" as Moxley was to be carried by Takeshita, who just had to carry Kingston in an awful match, this Wednesday and do the same thing. Except Takeshita is over with fans, but never won a single match in AEW, but, but if he wins... he then gets a title shot against the Plumber. Which we know isn't going to happen.

Honestly, i have been kind of confused this whole time, started watching Aew a couple weeks back because its kind off accesible in my country, a TV network puts the full show on their TH-cam Channel, there´s a lot of talent, people doing great matches there, but for some reason, Moxley always gets the hype, and i just can´t get that , all his promos consist of him babbling nonsense like he was drunk or high, an after the first match i saw him in, all the rest were just the same boring thing, so it´s been daunting to me, why is he the one being treated like such a big thing?

I recently watch an old episode of WCW Monday Nitro from 1997 and they had some show or movie (it was Robin Hood related) coming on and there was a world title match I believe between Hulk Hogan and The Giant and they went off the air in the middle of the match and but ended up finishing the match during a commercial break in Robin Hood. Those were fun and wild times and honestly, if TNT's intention was to try to get more eyes on a new tv show, what better way than to try to expose your show to the few million wrestling fans that are tuning in every week. Plus I liked that it gave pro wrestling the "anything can happen!" feel to it

I think one of the segments before the match went long, they started talking about the time extention during the mostly chicks tag-match.
I think Tony had a mini-melt down during one of the promo segments (probably the dark order thing) and wanted to make sure he could have that anticlimactic after match angle on.

Lesnar definitely had a part in the match being terrible. Still, everything you’ve seen Moxley do in AEW is what Lesnar refused to do in that street fight at Wrestlemania 32.
Wrong. Lesnar was the one that made the match halfway enjoyable by beating the hell out of moxley just like what should have happened. Compared to Lesnar Moxley is just a job guy and it wouldn’t look realistic if that guy got much offense on Brock. And the offense that he wanted to get involved weapons and other garbage. Brock wasn’t going for it and rightfully so. Moxley is just trash at this point

At that time, Lesnar’s matches were pretty phoned-in and wash, rinse, repeat, with the only exceptions being Royal Rumble 2015 and Summerslam 2015.

Jim just doesn't like Moxley's wrestling style because it's not traditional. If you like his style, he can be really good depending on who he's wrestling. The whole timing issue here just shows that he's not perfect. Who is? It's a live show. These people aren't robots, and even the legends who's been wrestling for 20+ years make the occasional mistake. I don't think this was a big deal at all as long as they learn from it and don't make the same mistake again.

Moxley the "interim" champion, has a sloppy match that moves in slow motion, the only thing this match was missing was the usual blood and thumbtacks. Of course, once again Tiny Khanman hyped up an Overrun for the show that barely goes 2 mins past 10pm. The funny thing is they needed that Overrun, because without it Dynamites ratings would have been worse, as more people tuned into the Overrun, to watch what was coming on after AEW, than the actual main event or show itself. Now we get to be "excited" as Moxley was to be carried by Takeshita, who just had to carry Kingston in an awful match, this Wednesday and do the same thing. Except Takeshita is over with fans, but never won a single match in AEW, but, but if he wins... he then gets a title shot against the Plumber. Which we know isn't going to happen.

Why do companies keep putting him in the title picture? his matches go on forever without any semblance of pacing or structure. Honestly, i have been kind of confused this whole time, started watching Aew a couple weeks back because its kind off accesible in my country, a TV network puts the full show on their TH-cam Channel, there´s a lot of talent, people doing great matches there, but for some reason, Moxley always gets the hype, and i just can´t get that , all his promos consist of him babbling nonsense like he was drunk or high, an after the first match i saw him in, all the rest were just the same boring thing, so it´s been daunting to me, why is he the one being treated like such a big thing?
