You can get confirmation in CST's discord if you'd like.
A great way to use this is if you load the passengers on that boat, sell all the rooms, and never let them off. From what I know, rating does not go down when they do not have rooms. So, you can have a five star ship with maximum passengers that also goes fast.
Problem: you dont have enough fuel and battery
Solution: just make a basic route from port to another port BUT you only recharge refuel ressuply only and NOT UNLOADING THE PASSENGER

@@jacobpearce8640 The Hull is the metal of the ship that directly touches the water. The ship should still float if everything apart from the hull was gone. The cargo hold placement can be in the bottom of the ship, but most of the time this is where engines and stuff are.
The cargo hold can be anywhere on the ship. It is called the hull, but you have boiler rooms and electricity rooms down there. The cargo hold is sometimes on the top of a ship. It was when I went on a ferry.
