Yes I agree all that waste but if only women didn't use disposable sanitary products and instead used reusable pads/underwear and that things not ppp not thrown down the toilet and into rivers and the sea. People should make sure rubbish is disposed

untreated sewage overflows to the river 13 times a year what she did not say the water board gets a heavy fine from the E Agency every time it happens, which did not happen before privatisation and certain political leaders want to take it back into public ownership so they will have to fine themselves which they wont, resulting in poor water quality
