From the anthemic sound of the opening track “Walk The Earth” - to the heavy vibe that is “Haze”, from the instant melody of “Election Day” to the lyrical content of “Kingdom United”, “Walk The Earth” is the album that should see Europe rightly acclaimed as a band at the height of their powers. The wonderful melodies and depth of Joey Tempest’s vocals along with a powerhouse rhythm section and the guitar playing of John Norum, one of the great underrated guitarists. Norum’s guitar playing shines across the record. This is an album that is big in its scope and sound. Much like previous album “War Of Kings”, “Walk The Earth” is an album that has instant appeal but is also an album that needs to be lived with, in order to uncover it’s depth. The album was recorded at famed Abbey Road Studios in London with Grammy winning producer Dave Cobb (Rival Sons, Shooter Jennings, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton).

Walk The Earth and War of Kings to me blow away the album The Final Countdown, and I like that album. I have been a fan since Wings Of Tomorrow, but like their last 5-6 albums better than the older material.

MUST READ: This is a message that a lot of people lately are sending to each other: He is not Joey Tempest. He is the demon, a real Joey Tempest was possesed by the demon in 1989. A demon is the spirit of a dead person. Look at him now - he looks terrible and it's not because of age, he looks like he is 100 years old, he has no voice, look at his devilish face expressions, obscene gestures etc., he looks nothing like the real Joey Tempest. it's not even a comparison. A real Joey Tempest was a totally different person and not because of hair or looks only, real Joey had totally different personality, he was a very caring and loving and amazingly talented person and he would never behave like this devil, real Joey truly had love for his fans and what about this horrid demon ? - he admitted himself that he doesn't care what fans say, they just mean nothing for him. He doesn't think about making 80's music at all because it wasn't him who was singing The Final Countdown, Carrie or Rock the Night and all those amazingly beautiful songs. It was the real Joey who was singing them but sadly he ceased to exist because this devil threw his soul out of his body. This devil entered this band 29 years ago and since then this band went downhill. A lot of people have stopped listening to them since 2004 but he doesn't care and he still do this whole farce because he hates people and he only does it still for his own benefits. This all is not a joke, this is very serious and it's all true, I'm Catholic and I would never said such a gruesome things, if it all wasn't the truth. Everybody should know this and you should tell him all of this when you meet him, he needs to know what is happening to try to kill this demon that is inside his body for so long. Please help the real Joey Tempest come back, he was the most incredible person in the world and he deserves it like no one else.in the world.

I gladly walk alongside, as long it´s time to say farewell. Thank you Europe for the past 30+ years, maybe there´s couple of miles or whatever left in our engine !!!

I love this band.I never used to,but since they reformed amazing purple patch of immense quality of albums, begining with Last Look at Eden.Norum is incredible,amazing tone,never overplays.
I don't listen to Europe as much as i used to but they got me into rock and metal music so they have a special place in my heart and i am glad to see them still putting out great records.

I’ve been listening to Europe for 30 years and in my opinion, they are one of the few bands that have such a diverse music sound and style. And with each passing year, they just get better and better. I regret not being able to see them in concert.....yet.....only because they never had a concert remotely close to my state (Oregon). Or even in the surrounding states. Such a bummer too. Not just for me but for all Europe fans in Oregon, USA. Truly a great sounding band with an exceptional singer/songwriter! And thank you!
I'm on the same boat, 'cause I live in Canada. They've came here just once: in 2005. Fortunately, I was there (with my mom for Mother's Day). Drove almost 12 hours by bus just to get there. This was the best day of my life!! May 8, 2005 will always be engraved in my memory. Got the chance to meet them all after the show. They're the best!!

Have to say I am loving Europe. Absolutely love all their songs. But this one is my favourite. They are legend, I will never tire of their music.. just waiting to see them live again, saw them in Dublin in May and they were fantastic 👏 come back to Ireland Europe please !!!

The great thing about this band (and very rare to be honest) is that those guys are making progress over the years instead of recycling the same style and type of songs like many of the bands from the 70's and 80's that we grew up with their songs. Again, well done !
