TL431 nahi hai to zener laga hoga 5.1v ka. Zener ki value change kar ke fix voltage change kar sakte ho, variable nahi hoga. Variable ke liye TL431 chahiye...❤️👍
I've seen presence of 2 presets in many buck converters, one for voltage control and one for current control. Current control preset is not in series, rather it seems to change duty cycle/frequency, I guess. Check both resistors value of the feedback voltage divider. You have only mentioned one resistor value of 220 ohms...What other resistor value is ?
