STRESS, being a major contributor to weight gain via excessive cortisol production was probably what caused her to gain weight. A bad relationship probably put big stomachs, etc on the majority of people. Arguing, not feeling safe…who needs it🤷🏽♀️ I say yes to getting that stress weight OFF. Good for you Kelly!
I worked at a hotel once in Atlanta. Anita Baker was living there for the weekend. She had a young man fired because he spoke to her. And as the workers walk down the hall, if they saw her they were not to speak to her or acknowledge that she was old. All she's a mean person.
