hello, the jfp1 cable that comes with that case have a little extension cable with 2 pins, do you know what's that for? I'm looking the manual of this case but can't find any answer
it is the reset pins. so if u want a reset switch u install your own and plug it into that...or if u prefer a reset button instead of a led button on the case .u take the led cable from the hub and plug it into there ..and now it's a reset button not an led button anymore ..because u can always control using mobo software by plugging i the 5v3pin into your mobo from built in hub
Hey, nice one there. I've just built my own this week, and I have a question: what screws did you use to fix the bottom fan? I find that none of the ones I've got from the motherboard, case or AIO are suitable for that caddy (too thin). Not even the PSU ones! (too thick). Do I need to look elsewhere for something that matches these holes? I'm just thinking in fixing the fan with small cable ties, although that's probably not ideal. Thanks!

It looks like you used an additonal fan control board, but im a bit confused which cables i would specifically have to buy to make this work? Thanks man.
firstly do any of the fan cables have a splitter that allows for a daisy chain? ... cuz that's all you need to make it work.. u would want to use super slims if u can like I did...or else the fans end up too close..which isn't an issue as it's only helping pull more cool air in... but I also think thin fans give it a much more cleaner look where the fans aren't right under the gpu
@@thereisnotowel damn , what u can do is simply get screws that will fit the thread of your case usually its m3 somehitn glike that, make sure they are long enough, if too long cut them shorter, and if the head of the screw isn't big enough use a washer, i do this alot wen i lose screws or just dont have them.. hope this helps

I don’t have a return option for those fans. Edit: What are those screws you used for mounting the fans below gpu?
I use normal screw for fans...that usually come with fans... lian li should supply the longer fans for when u need to mount through the fan and to radiator ... typical fan screws which are short and stubby are for when u mount a fan directly to pc case without anything between... that's what most long screws are for... if u don't have any ... goto a hardware store and get screws roughly m3 that are about 28mm long to 30mm so they can go through your 25mm thick fans... however just remember do not have them any longer them 28mm to 30mm as it will pierce tour radiator cooling fins...
both cases are the exact same, biggest difference i see is the ragnartok has mesh panels top and side , which is both good for cooling and air flow, in the end its up to you they are basically the exact same case, also, the msi was built for the project zero, i think ragnarok is for matx of all sorts, meaning u can hide cables better as well , if your not using the msi project zero mobo matx then maybe get ragnarok case, cuz its for all typical matx mobos
