- Did you know that being kind and positive yourself and, at the same time, being kind to others relieve stress? When you are kind, you release your feel-good hormones which create that deep down joy. Basically, kindness is showing love, care, help and alike.
If you don’t always find a chance or don’t know how to show your kindness to others, we recommend you watch this video that has wonderful collection of people spreading kindness around the world. We are sure that, then, you will realize that every day can serve as an opportunity to help people and make acts of kindness towards those in need or difficult situation.
In this video, you can watch a very soul-stirring scene where a coconut street-vendor, who earns no more than 10 dollars per day, gets paid 200 dollars at once by a man. By watching how grateful he is by that act of kindness, you definitely receive full of joy. However, this doesn't have to mean that showing kindness and helping others should be as challenging as giving away some stranger $200, which you may find hard to afford. A good example and proof of this is another scene from the video where an airline employee dances and entertains passengers during a flight-delay.

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

No, they don't, but there are also hundreds of thousands of people who do good deeds daily who AREN'T recorded. if we didn't have the clips we do, we wouldn't see all the good the world can offer.

@@firebirdude2 I am not sure if I understand fully what are trying to say and am not sure what a true act of kindness means. To me this feels like adding a stamp on an action that simply doesn't need it. The person on the receiving end doesn't care if it's recorded or about the intention. Why should we? They accept it with all their hearts, because the action itself offers them a break from their continued struggle. That's the whole point in doing these acts recorded or not, isn't it?

Everyone needs to watch at least one of these "Random Acts" videos a day. We live in a cynical world where we often have to see the worst in people. What a nice change of pace to see someone being kind and thoughtful with no expectation of even being thanked. I think if we all get inspired to commit random acts of kindness every day, what a different world this would be.

U damm right bro!! Two months ago an eldery person asked me if I can buy him a breakfast cuz he's homeless and cannot afford it. I didn't hesitate for half of the second- I brought that man to a restaurant, he placed the order and I paid for it leaving some cach with him so he could buy himself some dinner too. I didn't even asked for his name, not getting into details, number of good will towards me in next few days was overwhelming. I meant to wait for my passport being issued within 2-3 time, I got it in 3 days (that way emergency situation and I had to come back home on time!), flight gone but I managed to get on another jet to come back, no fine for going on train without no valid ticked- I was charged even less what I'd pay at ticket station. Met the same girl in two different spots, 200km away from each other, and she was helping me out with my things.
Main point: these are angels, they're waiting. If you show your good will, they double that!!! ♥️♥️

Dini I agree. Even something as small as letting out another driver in front of you can be incredibly positive. You often see that person letting a driver out if front of them. It sets up a chain reaction of kindness and consideration. And, my life, we all need that at the moment.

Oh man, that Southwest Airlines ramp agent was awesome! I worked at an airline as well, and that's the kind of story they told us about. One passenger once wrote in to thank the company because a wingwalker saw her child crying in the window seat, and he waved at her and she stopped crying. Little things like that.

My husband and I have had several people pay for our meals at the drive through at Burger King. There has never been anyone behind us for us to repay the kindness. We don't often eat out and I haven't been with my husband if he's gone alone.
