Hi Jay I just had an hdhu 14si installed in my 2020 cvo street glide. I love it but I'm having a problem with the rear brake lights they light up but it's not indicated on the screen of the radio. The front works fine it's just the rear. Any suggestions. Thanks
Rear brake does not have a sensor that the ecm reads, only front brake. There is no problem with the radio. The radio can only display what the ecm / bcm can see through data
For the V2 Is the EITMS status- Enabled, Active, Disabled supposed to be displayed on the info screen like it is on a Boom radio? Or is in the Maestro settings?
Jay, is there a way to re-calibrate the touchscreen? Mine is about 1/4" off. Also, on the gauges screen, can the gauge colors be changed or are the only available orange?

Hi Jay. My HDHU14si radio has gone crazy today. Been working fine up until today and all of a sudden mid ride the guages froze up, it turned on the security red dash light and I got a obd11 error 2 message cant connect in top right corner. After stopping and restarting it takes about 5 minutes for the radio to boot up. Guages periodically work for a few seconds then freeze again and no sounds front Android audio. Radio then started jumping back and forward from the Nav screen to the menu and just doing weird things. Any help appreciated. Bike has only done a few thousand kms since install. Regards John.
This is all maestro related, not radio related, the interface could have water in it or just need replaced, call us on Tuesday at 1-844-30AUDIO and we will help diagnose it
@@volunteeraudio Dissapointing I've never ridden it in the rain and I'm careful washing. Is it worth trying to pull it outvand doing an update? I'm in Australia so I'm going to be out of action for a while waiting for a replacement. Can I use the new Bluetooth one so I dont need to remove the fairing for future updates?
@@johnjakowenko8521 yes you could use the mrr2 with Bluetooth, the symptoms you explain mean the maestro is not sending the needed info to the motorcycle

The radio is ipx6 water rated, rain is not an issue. Touchscreens including the stock radio cannot accurately tell where you are touching while wet, use your thumb controls to change volume, tracks etc

Colors can not be changed on gauges, I’ve never needed to calibrate a screen but can find out how

Click settings on the gauge screen, there you can select different gauges to be displayed, it may be ambient air temp or external air temp

You will need to use 1.4 on a 2017-2020 model to get gauges

My gauges don’t work at all outside the battery voltage. 2018 road glide

how is it possible to connect a HD-Headset to this radio?
You cannot connect headsets to this radio
I ended up having to pull the fuse for my radio so the power vision could talk to the bike with my si
You can go in the maestro settings in the radio and disable obd2 communication to do the same thing without pulling the fuse
