I had a different project to do in my liftgate but the removal process was a big help. Worked perfectly. Thanks!

Mine was broken off in a automatic car was over time. I noticed it was loose and then a couple more car washes it was ripped off. I will never use another one of those carwashes again in my Tahoe. Thanks for the info brother.

Hey Carlos. I had a bit more trouble getting to the bolt behind the rear wiper motor. My bolts were pretty corroded so they required a lot of torque even after being broken loose so the way you did it would have taken me forever and I was concerned that penetrating oil might damage the paint. I ended up taking out the two nuts and studs all the way out and was able to rotate the whole motor assembly and bracket out of the way without removing it entirely. When turned clockwise from inside, he wiper arm will rotate over the rear window so be sure its closed. Also, I got rained on too. : )
    Thanks for the vid man!

I broke the same thing the same way. I was going to JB Weld it back on without taking the bolts off, and just glue it in place. After watching this vid, I'm gonna do it just like you did.

Hi this is good to know since mine broke a week ago this came in real handy. By any chance do you work at a dealership or have any idea of how to replace the dashboard for the same year tahoe, mine is cracked and I don't know where to begin Thanks.

I do not work at a dealership anymore. I did work for the dealerships for over 12 years. I have replaced many dashboards including the one in this Tahoe. I did it before I had the idea of a youtube channel though.

I am planning on taking on this challenge before winter hits my main question is in regards to the passenger airbag. Do I pull the airbag fuse or do I disconnect the battery. Any helpful tricks will be well worth it thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late response. I would recommend that you disconnect the battery and yes you do need to remove the airbag.
