This possibly my favourite version of panzerlied! Thanks for uploading this. Idk if it's just a me problem, but i can't seem to find many versions of this. I have only found the hoi4 version, instrumental version (girls und panzer), and the movie version. Are there any other out there?
There seems to be a lot of other recording of Panzerlied, but it's very hard to find it on TH-cam. There are several ways to find it It seems like the record label wrote (most of the old German orchestras recorded panzerlied), You can go through historical archives, and some can be found on TH-cam if they haven't been deleted.
This song does not contain "nasi" elements in it, it's just that this song was used by German soldiers during the world war and TH-cam's assumption that German songs mean "nasi" songs And I took information from Wikipedia that it was banned in 2017
About the only thing you can say is related to the Nazi party is in certain versions of the song they reference the Reich. I also believe and might be wrong but I believe it was written by a member of Nazi party. Ironically so was Erika and I don't see Erika getting banned nearly as much.
@@anjadodler2116 It isn't bad, some people just get offended by German music that isn't even associated with Nazism. Usually songs like Erika and Alte Kameraden are called a nazi song even though they predate the 3rd reich. It is because they are pleasant to hear is why they are called nazi music. Anything Germans make is racist I guess.
I remember this song, from the movie, 'Battle of the Bulge'.
Amerikanische Kulturaneignung.
