توكّل بِجدٍّ بعزمٍ فصيحْ
Tanah aya huznu wajur fuaadan
Tawakkal bijiddin bi’azmin fasih
فإنّي عَلِمتُ بأنّكَ نَجْوى
ولبسُ خبيثٍ مضلٍّ قبيحْ
Fainni ‘alimtu biannaka najwa
Wa lubsu khabisin muzillin qabih
تبختر ترجّل بصوتٍ وخيلٍ
فمالكَ في الأرضِ دربٌ صحيحْ
Tabakhtar tarajjal bisautin wakhilin
Famalaka fil arzi darbun sahih
إلى الله عُدنا وبالله لُذن
ليُطْوى زمانٌ بئيسٌ شحيحْ
Ilallahi ‘udna wa billahi luzna
Liutwa zamanun baisun shahih
