I thought it all looked familiar. Was definitely worth a second look. Part of is glad i don't live in Hong Kong, it would no help my addiction to 1/6 collectibles. That seated Morpheus figure @18:30 is amazing.
alot of these shops owners in hk are quite lazy, and they open their shops between 2-5pm. so for anyone who is planning a visit dont go in the morning or early afternoon (after 5pm is best just to be safe)
RubenG72 all hologram figures are all hand made so are rare and very expensive. Also you need to expect that there will be limited articulation and could be something wrong with the figure as it is made by a single individual without QC checks of a company. You need to be aware that is likely to be over USD $1000 if you do find one.
Quick question! Do I need to know Cantonese to avoid getting up charged and do some of these retailers allow bartering? Say for example if I decide I wanted 2 vs 1 figure, may they skim off the top? Thanks mate!

Discounts would depend on the shop. Some shops may be offended, some may not.
