The video quality is amazing I am still waiting for my pocket. The colors are great It all depends what are you watching on I am watvhing on ultra wide 4k Screen and it looks amazing. Great job
Thanks! Yea alot of ppl have old or cheap monitors. Thats why they dont see the real quality. I shot this whole wedding with 3 sony a7iii. But when i compared to the blackmagic the diference is noticeable. With my sonys i couldnt make the interior shots look white even with manual white balance. And with the blackmagic it was so easy. I was blown away. You can create luts in davinci resolve and then apply them on camera or even bake them into the actual video file!
Would you recommended having 2 of these cameras as A and B cam, plus Sony a7iii for gimbal work for wedding and events work? Kinda torn between that or two GH5S', GH5, and an A7III. Also, do you shoot to an external recorder too so you have dual record for safety? Thanks for you time and great shots btw.
I used a monopod. I was able to mount on a moza aircross with the panasonic 20mm 1.7. But i wasn't able to mount on the DJI Ronin M. It doesn't fit on the Ronin M. Will be uploading videos soon.
Almost all videos I have seen of the P4K have been poorly color corrected. In everyone's rush to edit in Raw, they are pushing shadows for more DR with poor results. This is not a red or a still camera with a large DR. If your deep blacks look more like silver, you are doing it wrong. I wouldn't push the shadows past 15% in color correction. If I needed to expose the shadows, I would have added fill light to the scene.
Great comment, I think it's just a thing for most youtubers to try and make their workflow as difficult as possible by adding color correcting and things they have no knowledge of besides listening to other people on youtube who aren't professionals.
When shooting in RAW battery will drain really quick. Like less than 20 minutes for sure. When shooting prores battery will last longer. And im now using a vmount battery with a blackmagic to dtap cable and im able to get up to 3hrs of shooting time. Only down side is the battery is big. But this is a cinema camera ment to be rigged lol.
Go Kitroon no speed booster was used for any of these shots. But i did use a APUTURE DEC LENS REGAIN speedbooster for another shoot. I will be uploading footage soon.

@@medomex8338 yes i did. Simple color correction. And also left the strength of the lut at 50%. If you apply the same lut to RAW video it sill look good at about 80%

How are you processing the 4k60? It doesn't seem like its conformed to 24p...almost looks like 30p...kind of feels more video-ish than film.
Good catch! It was conformed to 30p. The 24 does look really filmic in my opinion. Shooting a small film in 4k 24p soon.

Brother, I think your exported with the wrong settings. This doesn't look like 4K footage at all. Even if you descaled to 1080p.
May i ask what bitrate you are getting when playing the video?

But I think this videos's color correction very nice. Vivid color with nice contrast.

How did you color grade 0:11 - 0:20?
I used a arri alexa lut. This lut can be found in davinci resolve under the luts option.
