My team was running all Graus (with a couple of overkill snipers) and we weren't doing so well. We did great at mid to long range but would get wrecked at any nearer ranges. Once a couple of us switched and used Odens and MP7s as our main we started doing better.

I think the thing is nobody takes the time to master weapons or try anything new anymore. I remember mw3 and everyone used the ACR and I rolled with the ump.45 and CM901 and destroyed lobbies. Nobody just dicks around anymore that's why everyone uses the same shit
what they REALLY should do is nerf the reloading speed and the rocket ammo carry. From 6 total (1 loaded and 5 reserve) to something like 1 loaded and 2 reserve. It would make it so people can't spam it so much, and i think that this is the real issue.

I've been running the Oden for a while. Not a very good player so I like to unload as much damage as I can hopefully keeping the enemies at a distance.
Tbh if you’re not that good than you’d probably be better off with a different AR. The Oden is one of the higher skill ARs in the game due to its recoil and slow fire rate. Would maybe be fine if you’ve already been using it for a while so idk. But I’d recommend you try one of the other ones. Not to say that I don’t like the Oden though, probably my favorite AR tbh.

Just nerf how many rockets you can carry. You can only hold 3 total in MP, so why not max it at 3? It would reduce rocket/RPG spam, but still be usable/viable.
I think if it take 2 shots to kill someone with an RPG then that just takes away from the realism, if they wanted to nerf it, they could limit the amount of rounds u hold to 2 or 3 just like in bo2
I love the Odin, I have a similar long range version built, as well as a short range version that is focused on being very light and snappy. Actually works really well if you can land headshots.

I always have the same exact issue with closing a door and trying to revive my friend. it cost us a potential win the other night because it kept making me revive rather than shut the door. 1 rocket later and the rest is history.
glad youre liking the Oden. Ive loved that gun since warzone released. Another benefit of using the oden is how it doesnt need to fire as many bullets and still has the same max ammo as other rifles so its brilliant for conserving ammo.
@@TheDJkarsy when I said 1v1 I meant more him shooting with the Oden and the opponent shooting back. He gets downed a lot in these engagements. SMG always has to be in the back pocket for the cqc no doubt about that tho!

I leveled up the Oden last night and oh my I LOVE THIS SET UP! I was In The multiplayer just crushing quick snipers and those campaign behind the wall in shoot house . It was so much fun and shoot house 24/7 is mad! Loving the tips. You and your Mates have made COD fun to play by helping us normals gain an edge on you pros.
It is a monster. I dropped a squad of 4 with it while waiting for my teammates. I have the same build as Jack here but instead of the Laser I have the rear grip that controls recoil even more. Switch it to single fire and you'll thank me later :P

I don’t think the RPG’s damage should be nerfed, a direct hit should be a kill - the straight line accuracy should give much sooner than it does though. I think the best nerf for the RPG is as others have said - either limit the ammo capacity, or delay the players movement speed, even when the RPG is strapped on back.
Since the "nerf" the RPG is now a one hit down against full armor even without a direct hit. Previously you needed a direct hit, now if you're within the maximum damage area of effect it can still one hit down. They made the maximum damage area of effect smaller, but the maximum damage is now higher even without a direct hit to the body.
I've used the Oden built from the beginning. Only the HDR deals more damage if you use the right barrels. You can also put a 30 mag on it. combined with an smg (overkill) it's a beast class!
Great video, but I do have a question. Why use the 5MW laser over the TAC Laser? Anything else, great build. I have been trying out this wapen, it absolutely helps in trios. Cracking Armor so your teammates can move up.
Finally jackky uploaded a video with a mad gameplay where everywhere they are squads and its really hard rather the other ones were like really easy to get wins
Got mine set up as the VKS, use it semi auto, but it has way too much vertical recoil so I use either the commando grip or the ranger grip. Still kicks up a notch but it is very satisfying when you get the kills with it. I pair it with the MP7 when playing solos.
Finaly someone started usuing one of hidden weapons -VSSK (ВССК «Выхлоп»). It is one of my favorite weapon. And i see only one strong weakens - low fire rate. Because recoil can be fixed via modules, but firerate can't.
You probably know but but after that chime on the phone its 3 numbers in rushen for three other phone locations that you go to and open a bunker to get a special skin for the mp 7

Hey Jack! I've got a FAL rifle build that I think is extremely underrated, yet can drive tacks with how accurate it is. The only problem is it's the definition a of pea shooter. I'll list it if you want to try and improve on it, I'm eager to see what you can do with it. Starting from the front of the gun. Muzzle: Tac Suppressor Underbarrel: Bipod Optic: 4x Flip Hybrid Rear Grip: Granulated Grip Tape Stock: FORGE TAC Stalker Throw the "Beefeater" skin on it for added effect. I call it, the "Beefhunter".

I run it as an SMG short range gun as it melts and I can get the accuracy at close range. My long range gun on the setup is the striker 45 with burst bullets and make sure you put on the underbarrel grip that’s the alternative to tactical (can’t remember the name of it!) and it’s an absolute laser beam.
Oden + MP5 is my primary loadout, though I wasn't getting enough benefit out of colossus to offset the downsides so I use the 810 barrel with monolithic.
A nice break from the constant Graus everyone is using! Here's to hoping the upcoming Galil will be a usable alternative

I find single shot help mitigate the recoil. Granted you need a fast trigger finger and use R1/RT for your firing button if on console.

Depends with the Oden as long as 1 or 2 shots are headshots you can melt someone before they have time to react or even realize they where being shot
A backup SMG is almost essential to have when playing with the Oden. I like to carry a P90 for close quarters as that shreds!

Hey Jack! I've got a FAL rifle build that I think is extremely underrated, yet can drive tacks with how accurate it is. The only problem is it's the definition a of pea shooter. I'll list it if you want to try and improve on it, I'm eager to see what you can do with it.
Starting from the front of the gun.
Muzzle: Tac Suppressor
Underbarrel: Bipod
Optic: 4x Flip Hybrid
Rear Grip: Granulated Grip Tape
Stock: FORGE TAC Stalker
Throw the "Beefeater" skin on it for added effect.
I call it, the "Beefhunter".

With the suppressor AND barrel you don't need the grip, run stippled maybe or sleight of hand, something to do with the mag
Love your build vids and trying diffrent guns / attachments and showing them in action. Just maxed the Fennec and moved on to this; what a massive upgrade it is with the right attachments
I run it as an SMG short range gun as it melts and I can get the accuracy at close range. My long range gun on the setup is the striker 45 with burst bullets and make sure you put on the underbarrel grip that’s the alternative to tactical (can’t remember the name of it!) and it’s an absolute laser beam.
Oden + MP5 is my primary loadout, though I wasn't getting enough benefit out of colossus to offset the downsides so I use the 810 barrel with monolithic.
I think I'd stick a Merc foregrip on there actually, that hipfire would be fantastic with the green laser, and it's better for vertical recoil

Been using oden since Warzone came out. Oden with crossbow is my most used and favorite loadouts.
