Life at Highview Angus Ranch - Getting ready for the 2024 Breeding Project

The last two days were not only filled with hard work for all of us but also with bittersweet memories for Angelika. Her Dad, Papa, who passed away almost 2.5 years ago in Nuremberg, Germany, was a great admirer of the Western Lifestyle and the American Rancher.
He and her Mom spent many summers with us at home on Highview Angus Ranch, where he experienced firsthand what it meant to be a “cowboy.”
A personal note from Angelika: For these last two days, I know his spirit was close to me-on the four-wheeler, in the chute house, and while filming uncountable scenes to put together this video.
Today is June 3, my Papa’s heavenly birthday, and we at Highview Angus Ranch are dedicating the video to him.

PS: We can’t thank all of our crew members enough for another amazing job done! We were blessed with cool weather for the cows and calves, no rain or mud, and the wind was behaving, too.
