To make it short, this will open new job openings to filipinos. that is what the investments are for. this is to make sure that there are also filipino businesses flourishing in the philippines so that we are not to reliant on other countries giving jobs. although, japan and china are already ready to bring jobs in the philippines but hey, if filipinos think this is not needed, we can keep working overseas. as for me, it sucks working in canada just to support my own and someone else. it's like life thrown away for responsibilities that was given by my own country's poverty.
