Hey, If you have trouble with After effects or Premiere corrupting your SWF files, you gotta uncheck the XMP options in the "media and cache" settings. haven't had any glitch with swf since I did that.

also its a good idea to animate the character on 2s and then animate other things(like the bg) on 2s but offset by 1 frame , and yet other things can be animated on 3s .. that way youll get your shot more fluid and also helps seperate the different elements in the subconscious mind.
yeah and glow filter on very low settings and the olm tools(freeware) toon blur for after effects also help a lot with getting that pro animation look
