Its so funny because back in 2011 ish, I checked out Attack the block on Redbox, I thought it'd just be one of those B-movies that aren't the best, but still entertaining, and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it and I remember watching the trailer for episode 7 and seeing him take off the helmet and being like, "Wait, where have I seen him from? W-was he the kid from that one alien movie with the 'big, gorrila, wolf, motherf*ckers?" XD that was a great realisation

It was a lack of a clear plan/vision for the trilogy that killed it. Wouldn’t have minded him being a secondary to Rey if it was executed better
FBFClips yeah I realise that but his character was poorly developed in the trilogy. After a promising Episode 7 the rest of the trilogy was him just shouting REY and not doing a whole lot - a waste of a talented actor and a character which they could have really developed further, exploring the duality of the force within him despite being a stormtrooper. I feel that would have been a good theme to follow but that’s just my two cents🤷🏽♂️

I actually went to Peckhamplex to see The Last Jedi with my cousin before Christmas! Great little cinema and the film was still amazing.

We're in Greenwhich Village in New York the night TFA came out, sitting in the theater waiting for the lights to dim and the movie to start, when they turn the lights back on and an attendant says we've got a special guest joining us, and in comes John Boyega. Just shaking hands, giddy as hell like the rest of us, and telling us to enjoy the film. He was literally just in the neighborhood, saw the lines and decided to just say hey.
