Unless things are different at St. Vincent compared to every other Sandals resort (we have been to 12 of them - going to SVD in April), only Butler Level gets reserved chairs at the beach and pool areas. Club Level is a small step up in both service and price from Luxury Level (about 10-15% more) compared to Butler Level (which is 30-150% more - 30% for a similar to Club room). Club level gets you a concierge to help with making reservations for dinner and in-room dinning from 7 am to 10 pm and usually a better room for that extra 10-15% (at SVD, the Lady Palm rooms (Club - 741 sq. ft.) are 25% bigger than the Bamboo Palm (Luxury - 580 sq.ft.), while the basic Butler rooms (Garden Butler Suite - 740 sq.ft) are exactly the same size as the Lady Palm for 30% more.
My mom is from St Vincent and let me tell you, the lack of customer service is common in every business down there. You’ll actually get what you want when you argue back with their rude asses.
