Will the Star upgrade remain if you Crafted Higher Tier... I saw that your armor only in Tier 2, what if you want to make it Tier 5 later on will the Star upgrade carried?

is this unlimited? is it always every two weeks you can change?
Yeah there doesn't seem to be a limit. As long as you have a conversion attempt available, you can do it.

You right click the mod and you can add blueprint fragments to level them up

That just tells you when you'll be getting your weekly attempts added

Yes this is for the blueprint itself, so it's separate from the tier you craft at the Gear Workbench

Tbh im not fan of that bp conversion i have multiple guns so every season ends when i start new season i will change any weapon without doin that 😊

No, as I showed, it just swaps the stars.
