I was recently invited to be a member of jury in a rather large courtroom, in my hometown Banana Republic. When I first walked in, I was greeted by rows of people discussing the case at hand, all of which were VERY VERY sick. My eyes were immediately directed to a rather large, spherical ginger-bearded man sitting in the judge's spot. He ignored me, and every time the courtroom got serious, we would hear him ramble on about some "Oh nah, chat he's cooked chat!" whilst looking slightly left of the defendant. Every time he got on the mic to speak, he would make rude and rambunctious comments. Occasionally, we would see him grab a small maroon cube next to him and struggle to open it. I'm pretty sure the box is quite literally just a kindergarten puzzle, but he seemed so laser-focused on opening it that he began to speak to the air, talking, "Yo chat, why they make these so hard chat?" Overall, it was a weird jury experience, and I'm surprised he hasn't been fired yet. 0/10 experience. The room smelled of a 20pc chicken nugget order from McDonalds.

bro the first case is literally identical to the zodiac killer with the encrypted messages, child abuse, dead animals in the fridge, served military, hunting, and even the victims drawings and symbols with encrypted messages. and irl the dude was probably guilty but he died, in his late 50's I think, before they could charge him and he said he was innocent till the very end. later more evidence was found like DNA and people sharing stories that confirm his kills. The one thing they forgot is that when the police raided his home they found pipe bombs in the basement and the zodiac killer said he had pipe bombs in his basement was was planning on blowing up busses.
I literally just watched a documentary about it right before this video. its almost like my computer listens to me🤔
fun fact that first case and all the evidence was stuff from the real zodiac killer. the heaven stuff, the i love to kill, the writings to the newspaper. all based on true events

42:21 Case, I doubt you’ll read this but as someone who’s been a victim of meeting a predator in Roblox, they do engage in those kinds of adult/inappropriate conversations. It’s really such a shame. I was about 11-12 and I thought I met someone who was only a year older (I thought he was 13). He’d talk about inappropriate things with me and I had no clue what they’d meant so I’d just follow along (keep in mind, I had no idea what the guy was even talking about) and he’d always turn every conversation into something inappropriate. He ended up not being anywhere near 13. In fact, he was more like 30-40 years old…Roblox has a serious isssue with these predators. It’s really such a shame that it’s so easy for them to have access to kids.
I’m 16 now, so this was about 3 years ago now and I can’t even believe it sometimes. I used to try and talk to him again because I couldn’t wrap my head around him being a grown man. I was like, “no but, I thought I saw him though?” he’d never liked to show me his face so I guess that checks out. Gaslit me so good I started to question what’s real and what’s not. It was really like a midlife crisis at only 12 years old. Scary times…still get anxious everytime I see my younger cousins on Roblox or watching things because I’m afraid what happened to me will happen to them too.
I doubt you’re gonna read all this because it’s a whole lot of yapping, but that case hit hard for me as you can see.

For the first case, in the case file is said, "the DNA doesn't match, BUT the police believe it might have been tampered with by another person's DNA. Also the drawings aren't going to be 100% accurate, but I'd say the drawings are close enough and don't forget the decoded message and his record of child abuse. I would have found him guilty, just saying.
He also didn't notice that Judge Judy didn't send emails out, and there was so signature on her end for the money. It was just sent, she claimed it, he read it, and went "nah guilty". He's entertaining, but with all due respect, a little more attention could be paid to what he's doing lol
ok well to be fair its all hersay and doesnt give 100% evidence. also we know how corrupt police are. a police officer in the real world would think a red stain on the floor is concrete evidence that a murder happened. also how can even tamper with evidence like that without even noticing?

I'd like to also add.. 48:00 I think it's questionable that a game that has no age limit, could have 18+ game modes. Because that's what I find most concerning, a game that lets kids play but can easily have access to 18+ content. Yes, parents should have more responsibility over what their children are doing online. But games also have a duty to keep their games friendly if children are allowed to play. 18+ game modes (like the simulator shown in the evidence report) should only be in 18+ games. So imo, the father somewhat won the case because his son is 9 and the game has NO age limit, but has age limit game modes that are easily accessible for the children who decide to create an account on it. However the father should also supervise his son when he's online.

1:10:10 yeah it's a real case - The charge was that Charles Ingram used coughs by his wife and Whittock to guide him to the correct answers, in order to win £1 million in violation of the rules of the game. The Ingrams were sentenced to an 18-month suspended sentence and Whittock to one of 12 months.
Caseoh was right on the first one. Even if that dude was guilty, there wasn’t any hard evidence to prove it. The DNA didn’t match, the portrait was close but not close enough to guarantee it was him (especially given it was stated they were bringing in anyone who looks slightly similar), and no one in chat was smart enough to solve the code and get the name.
The ONLY thing that could make you suspicious is that the killers letter and the suspects statement were eerily similar, but that’s not enough to send someone to jail for life or execute them like chat wanted

I recently was invited to jury duty in my hometown, so I accepted and on the way in, I heard what sounded like someone chewing on waffles. It smelled really bad like a Waffle House and when I opened the doors my jaw dropped, as I walked in I see, and I’m not exaggerating, an at least 900 ton beast sitting in the chair where the judge is supposed to be sitting. I act like I can’t see it and I kind my own business. Then I see him throw waffles behind his chair and he starts talking to himself saying what seems to be “There has to be some nerd in the chat that can encrypt this, there has to be.” I have a disease where my throat always hurts and I cough regularly. This was one of my biggest mistakes, I cough only once or twice and I see the big hairy beast start screaming and spitting out waffle bits everywhere. I get escorted out and banned all because I had to cough. Overall a 0/10. it was horrible would never do jury for this judge ever again.

the last case has me disagreeing with chat. I'm a former animal shelter worker. establishing the infrastructure for shelters, TNR and adoptions cost money but can help in the long run. it also helps educate people and do a work program for those who can't find a job otherwise.

The DNA was a match because the sequencing guide tells you what it should look like. It's two halves of one DNA strand
Hey, no it didn't. If you get any other color pattern that isn't given to you on the right, it means it doesn't match. Yellow - Yellow means the DNA didn't match. Not only that, but the report itself said the DNA in the letter didn't match the guy. They already tell you the answer and then hypothetically tell you that it could be some other person in charge of writing the letters.
