Sobrang wow naman ng bahay na to,masydong mgnda for 13 million,good job sa mga ginawa neto super minimalistic ang design sobrang ganda,mgaling din si sir na present ng house tour,super detailed ang mga design.
Maganda at maayos talaga ang pag explain pag mismo yung presenter involve sa pag gawa ng bahay.
I'm really a fan of your house designs! It's nice to know that you're also selling properties na. Hopefully, you can sell something like this but to a more affordable pricing naman kahit less elegant ang features or designs. I understand that this one's more premium kaya umabot ng 13M. Though I like the idea na madami pang spaces and features na pwede pang i-customize ni buyer. I wonder if someday, you can also build and sell houses ranging from 8-10M ang pricing... More power!

Hello, I like the different hidden storage, stair width, lighting and the outside walls design.
My critique are the kitchen cabinet are dark color and has groove, the roofing looks ordinary (slanting which looks not good), the floating glass railing and marble look TV wall on the living room. I am engineering grad too but not Civil engr. But I like your voice and the way you present the different part of the house and obvious your knowledge on each properties you try to sell. Thanks
